Our client is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to implement best practices and tooling for InP wafer/die back end processing. Candidate must be hands on and provide direction and solutions for all phases of in-house and outsourced manufacturing processing for both legacy and new product introductions.

Responsibilities:
Develops ,implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or processing of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products.
Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines
Acts as liaison and interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
Formulates and executes long-term production plans to improve processes, reduce costs and increase yields

Education/Experience;
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering. (MS or higher preferred)
10
years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
Knowledge of automated die handling equipment
Use of Lean Six Sigma to support continuous improvement
Knowledge of scribe & break equipment and techniques.
Experience in interface techniques for diverse package technologies.
Available to travel internationally.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
