This position includes organizing files, tracking deadlines, drafting legal documents associated with real estate transactions, estate administration and summary proceedings for evictions, managing the office, greeting clients and other visitors, answering phones, clerical duties, maintaining and ordering supplies, billing, and other duties as assigned.
The position requires knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Applicant must be detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and reliable.
Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines, have the ability to multi- task and assign priorities to work, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with real estate, estate administration, and evictions is preferred.
Salary is based on experience and skills.
