Le Caf Cent-Dix and Mercato Bar & Kitchen are small family owned neighborhood restaurants.
While Le Cafe Cent-Dix focusses on French bistro cuisine and Mercato serves Italian inspired dishes, both restaurant's menus emphasize seasonal and local ingredients.

Focus on providing guests with a positive and hospitable experience from the second they walk into the restaurant.
You are the guest's first (& last) impression of the restaurant! Greet and thank each guest entering and leaving the restaurant.
Efficiently seat the restaurant.
Seat guests at a suitable table for their table size and remove extra place settings.
Accurately quoting guests wait times and managing a wait list.
Effectively communicate to guests as well as team mates! Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, service procedures, table settings and service ware.
Demonstrate knowledge of restaurant opening hours, history and ownership structure Demonstrate an eagerness to continue to learn and grow.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Excellent communication skills Previous restaurant experience preferred but no experience is required if you have an enthusiasm to learn and ambition to grow Must be able to work standing or walking for 4-6 hours at a time Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Professional demeanor with the ability to exceed guest's expectations WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
