Summary:
The Program Director will provide a wide range of operational and administrative functions under the general supervision of the State Director of Operations.
Activities include daily management of admissions, residential milieu, food service, and maintenance.
Essential Functions:
The specific responsibilities of the position shall include, but are not limited to:
1.
Provide daily operational support of the residential program including, but not limited to, client concerns, incidents, facility and staffing needs.
2.
Write, revise, and maintain all program policies and procedures, ensuring regulation compliance, BOD approval and annual review.
3.
Ensure programs maintain required licensures and certification including but not limited to OASAS, CARF, DOH, and DEA.
Maintain ongoing activities tosustain these certifications occur, such as, documented leadership and strategic planning meetings, risk management meetings, implemented compliance program.
4.
Overseeing all aspects of admissions, including referral, assessment, intake, and insurance for the organization.
Provide direct supervision to admissions personnel.
5.
Partner with finance, and program staff to review budgets and evaluate efficient operations.
Provide recommendations for improved efficiency across organizational operations.
6.
Coordinate across multiple teams and provide cross-team learning opportunities 7.
Prepare internal and external reports including but not limited to Tompkins County Quarterly reports, CARF reports, 8.
Collaborate with the State Director and Clinical Director to interpret and analyze program data to drive future program decisions and to drive value-based payment contracts.
9.
Complete requests for proposals, OASAS applications and other internal and external reports as assigned by the State Director.
The reports include but are not limited to minor maintenance applications and Tompkins County Quarterly Reports.
10.
Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning goals and initiatives.
Secondary Functions:
1.
Serve as liaison on issues related to clients supported in the program.
Works cooperatively with other personnel as part of the management team.
2.
Keep abreast of new and emerging concepts, strategies, and techniques in the services.
3.
Attend and participate in all relevant agency events, workshops, training, and meetings; and 4.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
