This is a 2nd shift position, (3pm-11:
30pm).
The Territory Supervisor will provide support to management and customers in the day-to-day operation of business.
He/she is responsible for supervision of team leaders and frontline cleaners to ensure smooth functionality of customer's buildings.
Responsibilities:
Follow all company operation standards.
Schedule new hire training Work with General Manager to build a strong team of employees capable of carrying out operational growth strategies.
Maintain budgeted hours for accounts.
Set up and oversee project work at customer sites.
Conduct 90 day and annual evaluations for staff.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain proper safety materials and SDS sheets in accounts.
Maintain customer satisfaction and highest level of customer service.
Requirements:
At least one year of supervisory/management experience.
Personal vehicle.
Valid driver's license.
