John's Community Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the program.
The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all staff members are working in accordance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and with with the mission, vision, and values of the program.
Responsibilities:
Supervise staff members when not on shift.
Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and filed in a timely manner.
Ensure that all staff are working in accordance with company policies, and with with the mission, vision, and values of the program.
Ensure that staff are following OSHA, state and federal regulations, and that they are using good judgment in their work.
Ensure that all required paperwork is completed and filed in a timely manner.
Ensure that all daily reports are prepared and distributed to the Director, Program Manager, and other key stakeholders on a timely basis.
Conduct training for new hires as needed.
Ensure that all staff are working in accordance with company policies, and with with with the mission, vision, and values of the program.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Have a high school diploma or equivalent; or have successfully completed a accredited college or university degree level course in a related field (e.
