Evening / Weekend Receptionist Schedule Available:
This is a Part-Time position - 3 evenings per week (5pm-8pm) & every Sunday (10am-8pm) Duties/
Responsibilities:
Answers the main switchboard telephone and forwards calls appropriately.
Greets people coming into the building, makes sure all visitors screen in and provides assistance with screening in if needed.
Directs visitors to where they need to go within the building.
Addresses and acknowledges visitors leaving the building and ensures they screen out.
Occasionally performs clerical duties and/or data entry.
Requirements/
Qualifications:
Must be outgoing, possess a cheerful disposition and be able to communicate clearly on the phone and in person.
Must be fully Covid Vaccinated as per NYS Dept.
of Health regulations for Healthcare workers.
Must be reliable and able to come to work when scheduled and on time.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions and work independently.
Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm and a caring disposition when dealing with residents, visitors, family members and other staff members.

10 hour shift 4 hour shift Weekends as needed COVID-19 considerations:
You may be required to wear a surgical mask while in the building.
Masks are provided by the Facility.
Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
