Responsibilities:
Work with the medical staff to ensure patient care and service needs are met.
Communicate with patients to understand their needs and ensure that their needs are met.
Work with the medical staff to ensure patient care and service needs are met.
Work with the medical staff, office manager, and other personnel to ensure that the agency delivers quality patient-centered care.
Follow state and federal laws and agency policies and procedures.
Communicate with regulatory agencies and insurance companies as needed.
