We are an Information service that provides On-Site Residential Surveys for Insurance Underwriting.
We have part time Contractor positions that will supplement your income.
We provide you with regular packages of work to be done within three weeks.
The surveys are visual observations of the Residence and any unsatisfactory conditions as missing exterior handrails, broken sidewalks etc.
These surveys typically take less than 12 minutes.
We also do Interior reports that take double the time and include photographs of the heating and electrical system.
Survey Reports are processed online and generally take roughly the same time as the survey.
Our current Field Representatives make $30 per hour and better.
The work is mostly enjoyable, with the exception of weather, traffic lights etc.
Probably the best barometer of job satisfaction is that our current Field Representatives stay forever.
