Responsibilities:
Supervise and interact with children during program hours.
In concert with the Director, create a yearly budget.
Maintain responsibility (with Director) for the development of appropriate activities, programs and presenters.
Keep up-to-date with OCFS compliance and regulations.
Complete training hours (minimal 15/year) and ensure all staff complete training hours.
Be certified in Pediatric/Child CPR/First Aid and general/non-patient epi-pen administration.
Complete monthly submission of timesheets for children receiving support from DSS, and attendance roster for snacks from ICSD Food Service.
Attend monthly meetings and/or parent board meetings.
Additional Duties And
Responsibilities:
If requested/necessary, basic bookkeeping duties:
pay bills, make supplies purchases.
Discussion with parents/guardians about concerns, daily behavior of their child(ren).
Maintain community relations with school personnel and other organizations the program is in partnership with.
Provide additional administrative and secretarial support for Director, staff and parent board.
Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director Job Type:
