START DATE: 9/3/2024
SALARY: $54,000.00 (2023-2024 base salary), plus additional salary credit for appropriate prior experience, Masters Degree and Grad Credits. Excellent benefits are available.

Responsible for all aspects of teaching including but not limited to the development and implementation of Next Generation Learning Standards/Curriculum, instruction, assessment, student supervision, home/school communication, etc. Serve as a collegiate team member in a dynamic 9-12, 12:1:1 special educational setting. Provide ELA instruction to high school students with learning disabilities and some behavior concerns. Maintain student records consistent with State and Federal regulations. Previous experience with students with emotional / behavioral disabilities preferred. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
Must be New York State Certified Students with Disabilities 7 12 Generalist OR hold Permanent NYS Special Education Cert. K-12 AND be deemed HQ using the HOUSSE rubric in any or some combination of ELA OR Statement of Continued Eligibility (or limited extension) in ELA OR New York State Certified Students with Disabilities 7 12 with dual certification 7-12 in ELA.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
