Executive Director, Hospital Foundation

The Executive Director of the Hospital Foundation is responsible for:
Ensuring comprehensive development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of the Foundation; such as monitoring and approving all resource expenditures, monitoring and managing fund allocations, serving as a liaison between the Foundation and other hospital organizations and their respective activities, and managing donor relations.
Providing creative fund-raising campaigns and programs that increase donor participation resulting in the funding of capital needs, educational needs, and endowment growth.
Partnering with Board of Trustees to establish long-range, strategic philanthropic plans as well as the annual budget.
The Foundation raises funds for state-of-the-art equipment, patient care facilities and community outreach programs that support our hospitals.
Its mission is to support innovation, service and quality by educating the community, attracting donors and managing gifts wisely.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and at least five years of senior level management experience that includes a demonstrated track record of resource development and full fiscal and staffing responsibilities within a non-profit organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
