QAULIFICATIONS:
o 5-10 years of Retail Store Management experience with the Diamond Space.
o Educated in Diamonds and GIA Cert would be preferred,
small Independent retailer or small chain retail background is a must
o Strong back ground in selling, coaching and developing talent.
o Inventory and Security Management
o Ability to attract clients and understanding needs.
o Strong Marketing background
o Strong customer service and communication skills
o Polished and Professional
o Wants a long term career within a superior retailer.
o Microsoft Office Skills
Responsibilities:
o Providing the highest level of customer service
o Partnering with other management teams and developing partnerships.
o Motivate teams to meet goals and sales objectives
o Communicating new company programs and developing new ideas to promote sales.
o Community outreach
o Will Direct a team of sales associates
o Maintaining meaningful relationships with Net worth Clients.
o The ability to grow the business to move to a larger store space.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
